When the door opens, walk through it. Don't be so narrowly focused on one goal. Lots of times there are doors flapping in the wind just waiting for you to walk through them. On either side there might be a path to a different kind of success than you could have ever imagined. I never saw myself in education, but education kept finding me over and over and over again.” Barber emphasized that women need to understand that there are no time limits in life, explaining how icons like American fashion designer Vera Wang didn’t enter the fashion industry until she was 40 and how novelist Toni Morrison didn’t gain notoriety until she was in her 60s.
