The holidays encourage many of us to try new recipes. Social media right now is flooded with recipes for appetizers, side dishes and desserts. Anyone making that cornbread casserole from TikTok? While we might not get to share a Thanksgiving feast with Swift — is your name Blake Lively? — or other celebrities beloved by Kansas City, we can eat like them. So here’s the recipe for that casserole Swift loved so much, and favorite family side dish recipes from Donna Kelce and Eric Stonestreet. Enjoy. People are also reading... Their mom has spoken often about the batches of holiday crescent rolls she has baked over the years. Based on the recipe that won the 1969 Pillsbury Bake-Off, Pillsbury’s Magic Marshmallow Crescent Puffs , they’re now known as Mama Kelce’s Dinner Rolls. They blend the crescent roll pastry with marshmallows, cinnamon and sugar. Dinner roll or dessert? We bet they didn’t last long enough in front of Travis and Jason for that debate. Ingredients Rolls •1/4 cup granulated sugar •2 tablespoons Pillsbury Best all-purpose flour •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon •2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) •16 large marshmallows •1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted Glaze •1/2 cup powdered sugar •1/2 teaspoon vanilla •2-3 teaspoons milk •1/4 cup chopped nuts Directions Make the rolls 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 16 medium muffin cups with nonstick baking spray. 2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon. 3. Separate the dough into 16 triangles. For each roll, dip 1 marshmallow into melted butter; roll in the sugar mixture. Place marshmallow on the shortest side of a triangle. Roll up, starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point. Completely cover the marshmallow with the dough; firmly pinch edges to seal. Dip 1 end in remaining butter; place butter side down in muffin cup. 4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. 5. When done, remove from the oven and let the puffs cool in the pan for 1 minute. Remove rolls from muffin cups; place on cooling racks set over waxed paper. Make the glaze and assemble In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve warm. Remove from oven, crumble. Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Melt remaining 8 oz butter. Remove skin from cooled sweet potatoes. In a large bowl, whisk sweet potatoes, melted butter, granulated sugar and remaining ingredients until slightly lumpy. Transfer to a greased baking dish, smoothing surface evenly. McGhie scores 27, UC San Diego downs La Salle 72-67Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) faced a double blow in the assembly elections, losing its lone MLA and witnessing party chief Raj Thackeray 's son, Amit, suffer a defeat in Mahim. Despite its dismal performance, MNS played spoiler in several key constituencies, splitting the Marathi vote and impacting Shiv Sena (UBT)'s prospects against BJP. Despite polling less than 2% of the total state votes, MNS showed some strength in Mumbai, where it garnered approximately 14% of the vote share. Its strongest showing was in Shivadi, where Bala Nandgaonkar finished second, losing to Shiv Sena (UBT)'s Ajay Choudhary by 7,140 votes. Elsewhere, Amit Thackeray placed third in Mahim, and MNS candidates Sandeep Deshpande (Worli) and Nayan Kadam (Magathane) failed to make an impact. In constituencies, MNS played spoiler. In Ghatkopar West, Ganesh Chukkal's 25,862 votes (15.46%) dented Sena (UBT) candidate Sanjay Bhalerao's chances, paving the way for BJP's sitting MLA Ram Kadam to win by 12,971 votes. In Anushakti Nagar, MNS's Navin Acharya secured 28,362 votes (19.42%), potentially swaying Marathi voters and enabling NCP candidate Sana Malik to narrowly defeat NCP (SP) candidate Fahad Ahmad by 3,378 votes. Ironically. in Worli, where three Senas (Shiv Sena, Shiv Sena-UBT, and MNS) competed, MNS aided Aaditya Thackeray's narrow victory by dividing opposition votes. The United States Mission to Nigeria has marked the culmination of a five-year effort to preserve and document Sungbo’s Eredo, a historic 100-mile system of earthworks in South-West Nigeria. Funded by a $400,000 grant from the US Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) in 2019, the project underscores the United States’ commitment to preserving Nigeria’s cultural heritage and fostering international collaboration, a statement issued on Wednesday by the US Embassy in Abuja said. Built between 800-1000 C.E. as part of the Yoruba Ijebu Kingdom, Sungbo’s Eredo is believed to be one of the largest ancient cities in the world. The AFCP grant enabled the College of William and Mary to deploy advanced remote sensing and 3D scanning technology to document the structure comprehensively. In addition to producing survey data, the project designed a conservation strategy for two five-mile sections of the enclosure and raised awareness to support Sungbo’s Eredo’s nomination as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During a December 10 ceremonial handover of the project’s survey data to Nigeria’s National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM), US Deputy Chief of Mission, David J. Greene, spoke about cultural heritage preservation as a bridge between nations. “Preserving cultural heritage strengthens the bonds between nations and connects future generations to their history,” Greene remarked. He added that, “Over the last five years, the United States has allocated $1.2 million to preserving Nigeria’s cultural heritage through 15 AFCP projects across 21 states. Today, we celebrate the collaborative work at Sungbo’s Eredo, which not only honors Nigeria’s history but also paves the way for sustainable tourism and cultural resilience.” The survey data will be instrumental in planning restoration efforts and developing strategies to protect Sungbo’s Eredo from natural disasters. The project is a testament to the longstanding partnership between the United States and Nigeria in protecting cultural landmarks. From reviving the Sukur UNESCO Heritage Site in Adamawa State to digital surveys of the Busanyin Shrine in the Osun Osogbo Sacred Grove, the US Mission has supported numerous initiatives to safeguard Nigeria’s historical treasures. The US Mission looks forward to continuing its work with Nigerian partners such as NCMM, and international institutions, to preserve and celebrate Nigeria’s extraordinary cultural legacy for future generations. What to Look for in an Online Cybersecurity CourseAfter Jin-ju was attacked, she had to turn to a TV show to get true justice

The snowflake does not fall far from the tree. “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Lisa Barlow says her son Henry is upset about how he’s being portrayed on the current season of the Bravo reality series. The soon-to-be 13-year-old was so bothered by one particular scene, in fact, that he took it up with showrunners. “He felt like he got bad editing this season,” Barlow exclusively told Page Six at “DIRECTV’s Christmas at Kathy’s” Tuesday night at Kathy Hilton’s private residence in Los Angeles. “He’s like, ‘Why did they have Angie [Katsanevas] say I game all the time and then they showed me gaming?'” Earlier in Season 5, Katsanevas — who was also at Hilton’s holiday soirée — accused Barlow of letting her youngest son “game ’til 2 in the morning,” after which cameras cut to him playing video games in his bedroom. Barlow — who shares both Henry and Jack, 20, with her husband, John Barlow — added of the preteen, “Yeah, he talked to production about it. ... He’s just like, ‘You did me dirty.'” The Vida Tequila founder, 49, called Henry “funny” and “so cute,” sharing that he was “with [her] in LA.” “I wish he were at this party, but he would take over. He would take the mic from me; he’d be singing, not me. Henry is everything,” she explained. “His birthday’s Friday and mine’s Saturday, and we’re both total [Sagittariuses],” she said, divulging that he’s already picked out some early birthday presents. “We got an Hermès blanket for his room ... and then he wanted cologne. And we’re gonna get him another cologne,” Lisa told us. She and John are also throwing their “resilient, cool kid” an “amazing” party with his friends. “I feel like we’re the exact same person; he’s just a 13-year-old boy,” the Bravolebrity gushed after we noted that her second-born seems like her “mini-me.” “My poor husband! He’s stuck with both of us,” she quipped, adding that “Henry gives advice on business, who [her] friends are, what they should and shouldn’t be saying. He listens to conversations, like, ‘Why did she say that? You should ask her why she said that.'” Lisa referred to Henry as “wise beyond his years” and described him as “an old man in this little cool body.” How to watch new episodes of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” live: The only way to watch “The Real Housewives” without cable is with a live TV streaming service.
